We accept Visa and Mastercard (credit/debit), online payment via Paymob, and cash on delivery for orders up to 2,500 EGP.

Yes. Orders can be cancelled or edited within 1 hour of placement by contacting customer service, after that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

2–3 business days within Cairo/Giza, 5–7 business days for other governorates.

Our courier will attempt delivery twice, if unsuccessful, the order will be returned and you may be asked to arrange re-delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
